At Naïm & Co. Parlor, we are committed to providing a luxury nail experience with professionalism, precision, and relaxation. To ensure the best experience for you and all clients, please carefully review our booking policies before scheduling your appointment.

📅 Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Clients may reschedule their appointment within 48 hours of the original date while using the same deposit.

Last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) will result in a forfeited deposit and are non-transferable to a new appointment.

• If you need to cancel or anticipate being more than 5 minutes late, please contact the salon immediately.

⏳ Late Arrival Policy

After 10 minutes late without communication, your appointment may be canceled.

• If running late, please notify the salon in advance to determine if accommodations can be made.

📵 No Call / No Show Policy

No Call/No Show = No Refund. If you fail to show up for your appointment without contacting the salon, your payment (deposit & full amount) will be forfeited.

No reschedules or credits will be offered for missed appointments with no communication.

• If you no-show, you may be required to pay in full for future bookings or may be banned from booking altogether.

👥 Guest Policy

No extra guests are allowed unless:

• They are being serviced at the same time.

• Their services are booked back-to-back.

• To maintain a serene, luxury experience, please arrive alone unless stated otherwise.

💰 Deposit & Payment Policy

• A $32 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

$30 of the deposit goes toward your service; $2 covers the processing fee.

• The remaining balance must be paid online or in person via credit or debit card.

• If paying with cash, please bring the exact amount. Cash App and Zelle are NOT accepted.

📆 Booking & Appointment Modifications

• Appointments are only available for booking up to 30 days in advance.

• If you need to add services to your appointment, they must be requested in advanceno same-day add-ons.

• If you would like a Martini or Cocktail please add it on to your service ( 21 + For all alcoholic beverages).

• Full address and additional details will be included in your confirmation email after scheduling.

  • Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you experience any issues with your nails.

  • Complimentary repairs are available within 48 hours of your appointment and must be accompanied by clear photos of the issue. This policy is designed to cover unexpected product-related concerns-not changes of mind, delayed notifications, or improper aftercare.
