Meet The Founder

I’m L a s h o n a y — a licensed nail technician, mentor, and two-time nail salon owner with over a decade of experience in the beauty industry. I opened my first salon in Cle, Ohio, at just 18 years old while still in high school. Since then, I’ve owned and operated two salons, taught nail education in a high school cosmetology program, helped other salon owners scale their businesses, and mentored aspiring beauty professionals — all before turning 30.

In 2022, I made a bold decision to close my salon and move to Texas to chase a bigger vision. But nothing went how I expected. I retired from doing nails for over a year — unsure if I’d ever return. That season taught me about patience, surrender, and starting again with purpose.

Naïm & Co. Parlor is my return. A quiet, intentional comeback. It’s named after my son, Na’Heem, and inspired by the Arabic word Naïm, meaning comfort, peace, and happiness — everything I want this space to represent.

This isn’t just about nails. It’s about creating a space where women feel seen, pampered, and recharged. I know what it’s like to give so much and have nothing left for yourself — and I want every client who sits in my chair to leave feeling full again.
